This Privacy Policy explains how Adyours ("Adyours", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website and the Adyours platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Adyours is an advertising management platform that helps e-commerce sellers connect their Amazon Advertising and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising accounts to build, launch, manage, and report on ad campaigns from a single dashboard. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details: name, email address, and password used to create your Adyours login.
• Business details: company name and store information you choose to add.
• Communications: messages you send us for support or sales.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed and actions taken in the Service, to keep it working and improve it.
• Device & log data: browser type, IP address, and timestamps for security and diagnostics.

Information from connected platforms

When you connect an advertising account, we access data from that platform on your behalf, as described below.

3. Amazon & Meta platform data

Adyours connects to Amazon Advertising and Meta through their official, secure authorization (OAuth). We never see or store your Amazon or Meta passwords. You grant access, and you can revoke it at any time.

Amazon Advertising

With your authorization, we access your advertising accounts, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, product listings you advertise, and performance metrics — solely to display them to you and to make the changes you request (such as creating or adjusting campaigns).

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

With your authorization, we access your ad accounts, Facebook Pages, linked Instagram accounts, campaigns, creatives, product catalogs, and performance metrics — solely to display them to you and to build, publish, and manage the campaigns you request. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only use Meta data to provide the features you use in Adyours, and we do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

4. How we use information

• To provide the Service — showing your campaigns and performance, and carrying out the actions you request.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To provide support and respond to your messages.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Advertising platforms: Amazon and Meta, to carry out the actions you request on your connected accounts.
• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication) and Netlify (website hosting), which process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
• Legal: where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored in our providers' secured cloud infrastructure. Access tokens to your connected accounts are encrypted. We enforce row-level access controls so each customer can only access their own data, use HTTPS for data in transit, and limit internal access to what is necessary to operate the Service. 7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform or close your account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your information, and disconnect any connected platform at any time from within the Service. To exercise any right, contact contact@adyours.in.

9. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• Disconnect a platform: disconnecting Amazon or Meta in Adyours revokes our access and removes the associated stored tokens.
• Delete your account: email contact@adyours.in from your registered address with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your Adyours account and associated advertising data within 30 days and confirm once complete.
• Revoke at the source: you can also remove Adyours' access directly from your Amazon account settings or from your Meta/Facebook Business settings and Business Integrations at any time.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you.
